Trying To Get Back With Your Ex Check Your Mindset

So you’ve just had “the talk” and you’re completely devastated with your recent breakup. You’re hurt, you’re emotional, and most likely you’re not thinking very clearly. This is all completely normal, and many of us have been in your exact situation.

What you need to realize, is the majority of us who find ourselves in this dilemma do all the wrong things because of 1 simple thing that we completely ignore. Through Eharmony review you will find the major factor in determining whether or not you will get back with your ex, yet so many people overlook it.

So what is this important factor? It’s your mindset! Now, before you roll your eyes and stop reading this article, realize that most people will do exactly that, and these people will probably fail to get back together with their ex! I really can’t stress how important this is. If you truly understand the impact your overall mindset has, and more importantly, actively put yourself in the proper state of mind, I assure you that you will increase your chances of success 100 times over. I am not exaggerating here, trust me on this!

Let me illustrate the importance of mindset with an example. Ever had a friend that badgered you constantly to borrow money? Calling and texting every day complaining about how broke they are, acting desperate, and just overall being annoying. I don’t know about you, but I probably wouldn’t want to loan them any money, just because they kept bugging me about it!

Now imagine this same friend never ask you for a handout, yet you know they could use one. You see them actively trying to improve their situation, and maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude. Chances are, you might just offer them some money on your own. What’s the difference between you feeling annoyed vs. you actually want to help your friend? It was their attitude and mindset. One was negative, and one was positive, and they had drastically different effects on your own perceptions of your friend.

I don’t think I need to draw the parallels between this situation and the one you’re currently having with your ex. You absolutely must not let yourself sink into a “desperate” mindset! If you do, you’ll end up doing all the wrong things – begging, crying, whining, incessant texting and calling, etc. These are all things that will repel your ex further, so don’t do them!
